By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
If you do not accept these conditions, do not use this website.
We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this post.
ORDERING FROM US
You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. We will send you an order acknowledgement by e-mail, detailing the products you have ordered.
Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. When we despatch the order, the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
We do not contact you regarding your order once placed, unless we need to.
We may refuse to accept an order:
a)Where goods are not available
b)Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment
- c) If there has been a pricing or product description error.
- d) If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions
- e) Abusive behaviour that may damage our business
DELIVERY
We will deliver the products ordered by you to the address which you give for delivery when you make your order. The delivery address must be in an area that have clear street names and house numbers. Delivery to addresses in grey areas/small towns take longer, and higher courier charges will apply.
In the event of wrong information provide by you in the delivery address, we do not accept any responsibility.
Delivery period 4-6 weeks. (Due to import, and personalisation times)
We reserve the right to wait up to 10 working days from the day of despatch before taking action.
Please note: We will not be held liable for any late deliveries if delays occur by the cause beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation
- a) fire
- b) severe weather conditions
- c) Industrial dispute
- d) Strikes or labour disputes
- e) Any fault from courier company
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders that have been personalised cannot be cancelled once they have entered the production process. If you still wish to cancel the order beyond this point, 100% of the order will still be charged.
If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us at info@roberoom.co.za before the goods have been placed into production.
Please check your order on screen and the confirmation e-mail carefully as we cannot refund products which have been mis-spelt.
Due to import of every order, all goods are deemed “special order goods” and cannot be cancelled after shipment from Suppliers.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
We do not exchange items or accept returns in the event where the customer indicated an item on order, and have a change of mind about the colour or style AFTER shipping.
FAULTY ITEM
In the case of flawed or damaged goods, the item must be returned to us in 14 days, safely packed in the original packaging. Refunds cannot be given if the fault is as a result of misuse. All goods go through quality inspection prior to shipping. You must include photographic evidence of the damage. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. Contact customer care at info@roberoom.co.za with your order number, and details of the fault, and the photographic evidence, and indicate wether you want a refund or replacement.
COLOUR
The colour of the product you receive may not match colour displayed by your website on your computer due to individual monitor resolutions, lighting, camera settings etc. Please be aware that if colour is important to you, your order is placed at your own risk.
EMBROIDERY
Personalisations are done with embroidery, we do not print items.

If you access this Website from locations outside South Africa you do so at your own risk and you are responsible at your own risk and you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
Miscellalneous/washing and ironing
You may not assign, sub-licence or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these terms and conditions.
Wash on low setting or hand wash
Iron on a low setting inside out, ideally under a tea towel or towel
Do not dry clean
We do not accept any liability for items damaged during washing or ironing
If any provisions of these terms and conditions is found by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions that shall continue to have full force and effect.
